ALBERT PUGH AND WIFE, MARTHA PUGH TO ROBERT H. ANDERSON

The State of Alabama}
Pike County}

Know all men by these presents that we Albert Pugh and his wife, Martha Pugh 
for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred dollars to them in hand 
paid by Robert H. Anderson all of the county and State aforesaid the receipt 
whereof I do hereby acknowledge do hereby grant, bargain, sell in fee of and 
confirm unto the said Robert H. Anderson the following described and being 
the West half of the North West quarter also the North West 1/4 of South 
West. Also Twenty nine acres more of less of the North East 1/4 of North 
West 1/4 also Eleven acres bounded on the East of Canacueh/Conocueh? Swamp 
being in the South East 1/4 of North West 1/4 all in Section thirteen 
Township Ten Range Twenty. 

To have and to hold the aforegranted premises to the Robert Anderson his 
heirs and assigns to their use and behoof forever and I do covenant with the 
said Robert Anderson his heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee 
of the aforesaid premises, and that they are free from all incumbrances and 
that I have a good and lawful right to sell and convey the same to the said 
Robert Anderson and I will warrant and defend the said premises against the 
Lawful claims of all persons whatever? In witness whereof we set our hands 
and seals
