ANDERSON State of Alabama} Pike County} Know all men by these presents that we Isaiah Tidwell and Amanda M. F. Tidwell, his wife of the State and County aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to us in hand paid by James Y. Anderson the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have this day bargained, sold, conveyed to deliver to the said James Y. Anderson his heirs and assigns the following described land to wit: SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 and SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 Section 19 - Township 9, Range 22 containing eighty acres move or less all lying in Pike County Ala, to have and to hold the before granted premises to the said James Y. Anderson or his heirs and assigns forever. We the said Isaiah Tidwell & Amanda M. F. Tidwell, his wife their heirs and assigns will forever, warrant and defend the rights, title of said land to the said James Y. Anderson his heirs and assigns against the lawful claim of all persons whatever. In witness whereof the said Isaiah Tidwell and Amanda M. F. Tidwell his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals. Siler, Judge of the Court of Probate in and for the State and County aforesaid hereby certify that James Anderson a subscribing witness to the foregoing conveyance known to me appeared before me the day and being sworn stated that Isaiah Tidwell and his wife executed the same in his presence and in the presence of the other subscribing witness on the day the same bears date that he attested the same in the presence of the grantors and of the other witness and that such other witness subscribed his name as a witness in his presence.
