Anderson of the State and County aforesaid have for the consideration of nine hundred dollars to me in hand paid by I. R. Siler the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge this day given granted bargained delivered enfeoffed and conveyed and by these presents do give grant bargain deliver enfeoff and Convey unto the said P. R. Siler? the following described tract of parcel of land to wit: Known as the south half of Block G in the town of Orion in said County Situated on the west side of Broad Street with a part on said street of 167 & 21/100 feet and a depth of 225 & 88/100 feet to have and to hold the said Lot on parcel of land to the said I. R. Siler his heirs and assigns and legal representatives in fee Simple for ever and I the said J. W. Anderson for myself and my legal representatives do covenant with the said I. R. Siler? his heirs and legal representatives that I have a good right to Convey the same and that it is free from all encumbrances and in testimony whereof I have set my seal this twelfth day of April AD eighteen hundred and fifty two s/ J.
