Loyless, also the following who join herein by their attorney in fact Elizabeth Meredith, to-wit, W. M. Meredith and wife Dora Meredith for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars ($400.00) to us in hand paid by R. E. Dean, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, confirm and convey unto the said R. E. Dean his heirs and assigns the following described lot or parcel of land, to-wit: The NE 1/4 of Section 14, Township 10, Range 23, lyng and being situated in Pike County, Alabama. To have and to hold the aforegranted premises to the said R. E. Dean, his heirs and assigns forever and we do covenant with the said R. E.
