Shields and Jane A. Shields the wife of the Samuel J. Shields of the County and State aforesaid for in and consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) to me in hand paid by Solomon Johnson of the State and County aforesaid the receipt whereof we do hereby grant, bargain, sell in fee, off and confirm unto the said Solomon Johnson, the following tracts or parcels of land situated, lying and being in the County of Pike to wit the East half of NW 1/4 of Section 21 in Township 12 of Range 21 containing 80 acres more or less to have and to hold the said land to him the said Solomon Johnson and his heirs forever and we the said Samuel J. Shields and Jane A.
