WW I Registration Card has it as June 17, 1894
So not sure which one is right??
At top of Card his name is listed as Holly and he signed it as Hollie
I have him as the husband of Nettie B. Peacock and son of Isaac & Frances 
Caroline (Smith) Boutwell
