Troy Messenger
The first hog sale was held at Troy on Thursday, November 12.
Thirteen farmers sold 74 hogs weighing 15,193 pounds and received $1182.23. The 
price received for those hogs was $8,025, according to H. J. Carter, County 
Agent.
The next hog sale to be held in Troy will be on December 2.
