From An Inherited Obituary Collection
AMOS, IDA CHRISTINE REVILL  (b. 9-25-1876 – d. 4-24-1973)

	Mrs. Ida R. Amos, 96, of 104 Sun Street, Troy, Ala., Pike Co., died Tuesday
morning.  Funeral arrangements will be announced by McGehee Funeral Home.
	Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Emma Lou Renfroe of Troy; a son, Revill Amos
of Troy; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Frank Revill of
Goshen, Ala.; and several nieces and nephews.

Additional Comments:
Mrs. Amos' parents were Isaiah Monroe Revill and Emily Alice Crowe Revill.  She
married James William Beverly Amos.  The Social Security death index shows that
she died on April 15, 1973, but her tombstone and a death and burials index show
she died on April 24.  She was buried at Green Hills Memorial Cemetery, Troy.
