Obituary Collection of Kathlyn J Folmar
FOLMAR, WILLIE HAZEL TATE (4-13-1919 – 12-31-1972)
	Mrs. Hazel Tate Folmar, 53, Rt. 2, Goshen, Ala., Pike Co., died Sun. in an
automobile accident.  Services will be held at 3 p.m. today from the Goshen
Baptist Church with Rev. Buddy Hood and Rev. Lavon Davis officiating.  Burial
will follow in the Goshen cemetery.
	Survivors include:  one son, Tommy Gerald Folmar, Rt. 2, Goshen; one sister,
Mrs. Mary Shirley, Montgomery, Ala.; three brothers, Edward Tate, Glenwood,
Ala., and Mark and Earl Tate, both of Luverne, Ala.
	Active pallbearers will be nephews Kenneth, Jackie, and Ronnie Shirley; Dwight
Tate; and Robert and Larry Witherington.



Additional Comments:
Mrs. Folmar married Gerald Lionel Folmar.
