Fortune Rites held Sunday at Round Lake
Marianna - Last rites for Abner Fortune, 72, of Round Lake, were held Sunday 
morning from the Round Lake Baptist Church, with the Rev. Walter Hall 
officiating.
 Interment was in Center Ridge cemetery near Elba, Alabama with arrangements 
under directions of Carl Neal, of Marianna.
 Surviving are his widow, Mrs Lela Fourtune (Fortune) and two sons, Freely of 
Round Lake ; Riley Fortune of Troy, Alabama ; four daughters, Mrs Abbie Mae 
Green of Panama City ; Miss Isla Fortune of Round Lake ; Mrs Lila Wyatt, of 
Elko, Nevada, and Mrs Monester Cook of Dothan, Alabama ; four brothers Asbury 
and Andrew Fortune of Troy ; Angus Fortune of Geneva, Alabama, and Aaron 
Fortune of Niceville.
 Mr Fortune, a native of Pike County, Ala had lived at Round Lake in this 
county for the past eight years.
