Rev. J. W. Howard conducted the services. Interment was in Linwood cemetery according to the newspaper. NOTE: Her grave is in Riverdale Cemetery, Columbus, Muscogee Co., Georgia. Section 7, Lot 21. She died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Josephine Blackwell, 1822 First Avenune, Columbus, GA. Additional Comments: Victoria was the widow of Jim Matthew Golden, sister of Jim Matthew Golden's first wife, Elizabeth Long Golden. Victoria and Elizabeth Long were daughters of James M. and Betsy Riley Long. They are listed in several census records of Pike Co Alabama during the mid to late 1800s. After Jim Matthew Golden's death in 1863, Victoria appears to have had 4 children, Josephine, Jane (Jennie), Eddie and Walter. Jim Matthew and Elizabeth Long Golden's children never appear on a census record living with Victoria. Victoria left Pike\Bullock Counties in Alabama and moved to Columbus, Muscogee County, GA. Josephine (Josie) Golden Blackwell died January 2, 1915 in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia and is buried next to Victoria Golden in Riverdale Cemetery.
