Rushing Services Set Sunday At Goodhope

Mrs. Amy Marie Rushing, 62, Rt. 2 Ansley, died Friday in a local hospital.

Services will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm from the Goodhope Baptist Church with

Rev. Oris Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the Goodhope Cemetery with

McGehee-Dillard Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Rushing is survived by the widower, Render Rushing, Rt. 2 Ansley; two

daughters, Mrs. Mary Alice Jeffcoat and Mrs. Dorothy Hocutt both of Troy; one

son, Earl Rushing Rt 2 Ansley; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie lee Menefee and Mrs.

Lela Harrod both of Ramer. 10 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and

several nieces and nephews.

Active pallbearers will be the Deacons of Goodhope Baptist Church. Honorary

pallbearers will be the ladies Sunday School Class of Goodhope Baptist Church.

The body will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service.
