Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home Ozark, Dale Co., Alabama Mrs. Myrtle Lewis of County Road 36 West died Sunday morning, Jan. 18, 2004, at her residence. She was 81. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday from the chapel of Fuqua- Bankston Funeral Home with Dr. Walter Reeder and Chaplain Randall Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memory Gardens with Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home directing. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributations are requested to be given to Wiregrass Hospice, 1970 East Andrews Ave., Ozark, Ala., 36360. Mrs. Lewis was a member of Post Oak United Methodist Church. She was born Feb. 10, 1922, in Pike County, Ala., the daughter of the late Holly Renfroe and Cornelia Phelps Renfroe. She is survived by her husband, Marvy Lewis of Ozark, Ala; three daughters and sons-in-law, Cornelia Page (Kenneth) of Ozark, Irene Ellis (Rickey) of Brundidge, Ala., Kathy Martin (Randy) of Ozark; five grandchildren, Cody Page, John Tatom, Holly Tatom, Keith Martin and Katie Martin; one great-grandson, Jaxsin Page.
