Mr. James Wilson Dunn of Samson, Ala. (Sellersville Community) died
Wednesday Jan. 21, 2004, At Wiregrass Medical Center after a brief illness.
He was 88.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Shady Grove Assembly of God
Church with the Rev. Troy West and the Rev. Donnie Earles officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Dunn will be placed in the
church one hour prior to service time. Visitation will be 5 until 7 p.m.
tonight at the funeral home.

Mr. Dunn was born Jan. 12. 1916 in Pike CO., Ala., to the late Thomas
Lavigga Dunn and Bama Henderson Dunn.

He was preceded in death in addition to his parents, by his wife, Evie Merle
Lolly Dunn in 1994; three brothers, Edgar Dunn, Ezra Dunn, and Grady Dunn,
and one sister, Myrtice Denny.

Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews, and
great-great- nieces and nephews
