Obituary Collection of Kathlyn J Folmar
RICHBURG, IRENE BEARD (d. 5-21-2000)

	Funeral services have been set for 2 p.m. Tues., May 23, 2000, at Dillard
Funeral Home Chapel in Troy, Ala., for Irene Beard Richburg, age 88, of Troy,
Pike County, who died Sun., May 21, 2000, at Pike Manor Health Care Center.  The
reverend Marvin Jackson will officiate.  Dillard Funeral Home of Troy will
direct the burial at Carter Cemetery, and Mrs. Richburg’s grandsons will serve
as pallbearers. Visitation will be Mon., May 22, 6 until 8 p.m., at Dillard’s.  
	Mrs. Richburg was preceded in death by her husband, Lester W. Richburg, and
their son, Jack Richburg.
	Her survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Jeanette and Wade Johnson of
Pineville, La.; two sons and their wives, Tom and Jean Richburg of Henderson and
Billy and Becky Richburg of Gainsville, Ga.; a daughter-in-law and her husband,
Sue and Paul Hoover of Henderson; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren;
three sisters, Mary Edna Shirley of Goodhope, Ala., Louise Calhoun and Hazel
Pouncey, both of Troy; and one brother, Roy Beard of Troy.
	The family requests that any memorial gifts be made to the American Heart
Association or the Hopewell Cemetery Fund.
