Land deed

Know all men by these presents that we J.W. Dykes and wife L.M. Dykes for and 
in consideration of seven hundred & fifty dollars to us in hand paid by M.C. 
Hollis and wife Mary Hollis the receipt thereof we do hereby acknowledge, do 
hereby grant, bargain, sell, confirm and convey unto the said M.C. Hollis and 
wife Mary Hollis their heirs and assigns the following described lot or parcel 
of land: to wit
SE1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the SE less five acres off 
south side, all lying in sec 19, T 10, R 21 in Pike Co. Ala.
