Ida Lizzie Rushing married Charles Thomas Spradley on 21 Jan 1886 in Pike Co., 
AL. She is buried beside Charlie. She is the daughter of John Eager Howard 
Rushing and Eliza Jane Jenerett. 

The following was from a newspaper clipping given to me, Ron Bridges, by 
Gertrude P. Parnell via the mail on August 20, 1996.

Mrs. Charles T. Spradley

TROY, ALA., Oct. 5 - Mrs. Charles T. Spradley died at 1:30 p.m. today after a 
long illness at her home in the Hepzibah community near here. She is surived 
by her husband; one son, Ray Spradley; two daughters, Mrs. Cleve Youngblood, 
of Troy, and Mrs. A. L. Chancey, of Hartford; four brothers, W. E. Rushing, of 
Atmore; J. J. Rushing, of Troy; Robert L. Rushing, of San Antonio, Texas, and 
F. J. Rushing, of Youngblood, and two sisters, Mrs. Mollie Howard and Mrs. 
Redman, of Youngblood. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday from 
the home, conducted by the Rev. Ross Dillon, assisted by the Rev. W. M. Rush. 
Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery under direction of McGehee Funeral Home.
