I found this nice old Troy photo while going through some old family pics last 
weekend.  I'm convinced the man sitting in the window with his legs crossed is 
Charlie Stephens (Charles Luther Stephens). The picture was in his sister 
Thelma's belongings.  Charlie was born in Troy in 1898, and he was a Ford auto 
mechanic. photo ca. 1925 -1930
