I give, bequeath and dispose of as follows, to wit, to DEKALB ELLITT my Son, one undivided half of all my Estate bothe real and personal, and to my son JEPE (JESSE) M. ELLITT, one undivided half of my Estate both real and personal, with the exception of Forty acres of Land with the improvement whereon I now live and reside and that I give and bequeath unto my Wife MARY ELLITT her lifetime after which it shall be divided Eaqually between my sons DEKALB ELLITT and JEPE M.
