I Peter Williamson of the county of Pike in the state afore said being sound of mind and memory but infirm in body and believing that I must shortly die, do make ordain and constitute this my last will and testament and recommending my soul to god and my body to the grave to be buried in a plain christian like manner according to the will of my executors herein after named and as touching the wordly goods that I may die ____ of when I die in the way and manner, that is to say 1st That I will and ___ the payment of all my just debts. 2nd That it is my will that William Robertson shall have the three following negroes: namely Ben, Lucy, and Henry 3rd That I give and bequeath unto Jacob Bruce my son in law one negro man named Dick. 4th That I give and bequeath unto my son Robert M. Williamson's children now born or to be born by his present wife to be equally divided share and share alike between all said children after his death or intermarriage with any other man the three following negroes namely Patsy, Bob a lad about seventeen or eighteen years of age and Mary Ann a girl about ten years of age to them and their heirs forever with all their future increase 5th I give and bequeath unto my grandson William Williamson who is the only remaining child of Micajah Williamson decsd. my tract of land - laying and being ____ in Pike County Alabama where on I now reside containing two hundred and forty acres to him and his heirs forever also one sorrel horse which I lately bought from Mr. McCall of Tennessee to him and his heirs forever 6th I wish my three remaining horses and mules together with my crops now growing with all other stock of hogs and cattle also all my farming utensils household and kitchen furniture as well also as all debts that may be due and owing to me at the time of my death to go to my two sons in law William Robertson and Jacob Bruce to share and share alike after all my just debts and legacies named in this will shall have been paid of 7th I give and bequeath unto my son Charles J. Williamson of the state of Texas twenty five cents [There was no number 8 -] 9th I give and bequeath unto my son James S. Williamson of Lowndes County Alabama twenty five cents 10th I give and bequeath unto my son Arthur F. Williamson of the county Lowndes & state of Alabama twenty five cents 11th I give and bequeath unto my daughter Nancy Powell and George Powell her husband (and my son in law) of the city of Montgomery & state of Alabama twenty five cents 12th I give and bequeath unto my youngest son Thomas V. Williamson of Lowndes County Alabama twenty five cents 13th I give and bequeath to Jacob Bruce and William G. Robertson all the property that I may hereafter acquire whether it be land negroes or property of any discrpcin to them and their heirs forever to share and share alike Lastly I hereby appoint constitute and appoint Jacob Bruce of Pike County and William Robertson of Montgomery County both of the state of Alabama my only and sole executors of this my last will and testament hereby revolking all other wills by me at any time heretofore made, which said executors are hereby fully authorized to sell all such property named herein as is not specifically given and bequeated.
