Pleasant in Randolph County, but the family home was across the river, and when the child died the river was up, and the family could not cross, so the child was buried in the edge of the yard, in later years the grave was dug into, and then later destroyed by the back water. It is possible that she was moved to Mt. Pleasant, but if she was, she was placed there without a marker.
