An exact count of the unmarked graves is impossible because many of the field stones have fallen and many of them are broken. The only marker is this cemetery is the large one in the center erected by the descendants of the Daniel family whose ancestors are known to be buried in this cemetery. This marker reads: "DANIEL FAMILY In memory of Isaac B. & Elizabeth L.". Isaac B. Daniel was born about 1810 in Georgia. Elizabeth Lovvorn, the daughter of James M. Lovvorn, Sr. and Hannah Smith Lovvorn, was born on April 16, 1814 in Morgan County, Georgia. Isaac B. and "Betty" were the parents of ten children. These children and their dates of birth are as follows: Elizabeth (Sears), 1835; Thomas, 1837; Hartford Moss, 1839; Bathsheba (McDow), 1841; James A. "Jim", 1842; John Caleb, 1844; Gabriel "Gabe", 1847; Isaac N. "Bud", 1849; William J., 1852; and Mary "Sissie" (Ray), 1857. Isaac B. and Elizabeth were members of the Providence Baptist Church. I.B. joined by letter in 1856, soon after its organization. He was active in the church as clerk, deacon, correspondent, and delegate to the Arbacoochee Association. The last record of his attendance at the Association was as the moderator at the March, 1884 meeting. His church was important to him and he seldom missed a meeting. Site was visited and data compiled on August 21, 1988." The following was added by Linda Ayres: UNMARKED GRAVES: Isaac B.
