A reward to $200 was issued for his capture by the Governor of Alabama. In the 1850 Randolph County census Thomas L. Lurry was 46 years old. He was living with [his mother?] Sarah Lurry. Thomas L. He is listed on the 1840 Randolph County census. His wife Adeline had remarried by the 1850 Randolph County census. The most recent graves in the cemetery were: John A. Walker 1920, Frances Phillips-Cotney 1924, James L. Walker 1925 and William M. Robertson 1928. The Ebeneezer cemetery was also used by the Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church at Wesobulga Alabama. It is also possible the Ebeneezer church building may have been used by the Presbyterian Church. I have spent hours working on this. I do not want to see this information copied to another cemetery site. All the time people spend coping, they should be compiling their own files.
