The State of Alabama					Probate Court Nov. Term
Randolph County					        November 13, 1911

Know all men by these presents, that we Fronie K. Fincher, J.M. Fincher, J.S. 
Smith, C.A. Alsabrooks & W.H. Knight of the county and state aforesaid are 
held and firmly bound unto John T. Heflin, Judge of Probate in and for said 
county and his successors in office in the penal sum of two thousand dollars 
for which payment will and truly to be made and done. We bind ourselves, our 
heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these 
presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 13th day of Nov. 1911. The 
condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound, Fronie 
K. Fincher has been appointed Administratrix of the Estate of Martha Davis 
Deceased. Now if the said Fronie K. Fincher shall will and truly perform all 
the duties which are or may be by law required of her as such Administratrix 
then the above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force all 
right to exemption is here by waived.

Additional Comments:
Martha Lavina Amarintha Lewis Davis was born September 11, 1848 in Georgia and 
died late February, early March of 1911 in Randolph County, Alabama and 
believe to be buried at Big Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Randolph County, 
Alabama in an unmarked grave. Sophonia (Fronie) K. Davis Fincher was born 
around September 1881 and was a daughter to Martha Lavina A. Lewis Davis. 
Fronie K. Davis married Andrew Jackson Fincher. J.M. Fincher was most likely 
Fronie K. Davis Fincher's father in law.
