On Monday September 20th, 1869, I will sell for cash, in front of my office, in 
Opelika, Alabama, 80 acres of land and one town lot in Randolph County Ala., 
belonging to the estate of Wilson Falkner. Bankrupt.
The Property is described as follows schedule of petitioner and in the deeds 
which are in my possession.
One half acre more or less, lying in the south-west of Wesobulga, being part or 
north-east quarter of the north-east quarter of Section 35 Township 20, Range 9. 
Also, the East half of the north-west quarter of Section 35 of Township 19, 
Range 10. 
Sold free from encumbrance and title perfect.
