C. Morris wife of G. W. Morris and heir at law of Daniel D. Mitchell deceased who is joined in this _???_ by her husband the said G. W. Morris for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars to us in hand paid by O. D. Fomby, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do grant bargain and sell to the said O. D. Fomby all the right title and interest in possession, _??_ and remainder which the said F. C. Morris as a child of said Daniel D. Mitchell has or may hereafter have in and to the lands hereinafter described now held and possessed by S. J. Fomby formerly S. J. Mitchell widow of said Daniel D. Mitchell deceased viz: Fractio C. & D and the South West quarter of Section ten and the West half of the South East quarter of Section ten and the West half of th North East quarter and the East half of the North West quarter of Section fifteen all in township twenty Range ten Randolph County Alabama to have and to hold unto the said O. D. Fomby his heirs and assigns forever In witness whereof we have hereto set our hands and affixed our seals this the 13th Mch 1902 Fanny C. Morris L.S. George W. Morris L.S. State of Alabama Randolph County I W. C. Rogers Justice of the Peace of the place in and for said county in said state do hereby certify that F. C. Morris and her husband G. W. Morris, whose names are signed to foregoing conveyences and who are known to me acknowledged before me on this day that being informed of the contents of the conveyances they executed the same voluntarily on the day the same bears date Given under my hand this 13th Mch 1902.
