This lodge was organized May 12, 1911.

Instituting officers were: 
Nixon Lucas, deputy grand chancellor

John T. Pullen, master at arms

Nixon Lucas in deputy grand chancellor. 
There are about 15 members. The K. P.'s and the Masons own a building jointed.
