The Montgomery Advertiser March 13, 1878
The following named persons from Randolph County were arraigned before 
commissioner Hunter yesterday, charged with violating the Revenue laws: 
Richard Pate, 
A.P. Robison, 
James Gladney, 
Hiram Gibson, 
David Knight, 
W. H. Knowles and William Daniels. 
They all gave bond for their appearance at the U. S. Court, except Mr. Daniels, 
who was discharged.
