   Miss Eris STEVENS has returned home from the Bessie Tift College at Forsyth, Ga., where 
she recently graduated in the front rank of her class, taking the A.B. degree. She has spent 
four full years at this noted institution, and is well equipped for her duties as a teacher. 
In recognition of this fact, she was tendered a position before she came home to teach English 
and history at Cochran, Ga., at a fine salary.
