In the Probate Court of Randolph County, Alabama, Sept. 27th, 1915. In the matter of the estate [of] Susan S. EAST, deceased. This day came J. W. JACKSON as administrator of the estate of Susan S. EAST, deceased, which estate has been declared insolvent, and filed in the probate court of Randolph county, Ala., his application in due form and under oath, praying an order and decree for the sale of certain land described therein, and belonging to said estate, for the purpose of paying debts of said estate. It is ordered that the 2nd day of November, 1915, be and is appointed a day for the hearing of said application, at which time all parties in interest can appear and contest the same, if they think proper.
