To Ella FIFE, who resides in Jonesboro, State of Georgia, and Annie FIFE, who resides in Jonesboro, State of Georgia, and to J. M. FIFE, who resides in Richmond, State of Virginia, and to W. D. FIFE, who resides in Fayetteville, State of Georgia, and to E. P. FIFE, who resides in Atlanta, State of Georgia, and to R. H. FIFE, who resides in Jonesboro, State of Georgia, and to H. P. FIFE, who resides in Ocala, State of Florida, and to P. D. FIFE, who resides in Jonesboro, State of Georgia, and to all persons of interest: Whereas Annie FIFE, a joint owner of the estate of James H. HAND, deceased, has filed her petition in writing under oath in said court, for an order to sell certain lands belonging to the heirs and joint owners of said estate, described in said petition, for making an equitable division, upon the ground that the same cannot be equitably divided among the heirs and joint owners of said estate, and Annie FIFE, an heir and joint owner, desires division, and the 11th day of October, 1915, has been appointed for the hearing of said petition: You are hereby notified to appear before the said Court on said day to contest said petition if you think proper.
