In the matter of the petition of W. N. SHELNUTT vs. Mathena SHELNUTT, et als, for sale of lands for division among joint owners. To Sarah HUGHELY, who resides in Mangum, State of Oklahoma, and to Lucinda WEBB, who resides in Eastman, State of Mississippi, and to J. W. BAGGOTT, who resides in West Point, State of Georgia, and to Nan JARMON, who resides in Awbrey, State of Texas, and to H. A. NORRED, who resides in Graham, State of Texas, and to all persons of interest, take notice. Whereas, W. N. SHELNUTT, a joint owner, has filed his petition in writing under oath in said court for an order to sell certain lands, belonging to said joint owners described in said petition, for making an equitable division, upon the ground that the same cannot be equitably divided among the joint owners and W. N. SHELNUTT, a joint owner, desires division, and the 4th day of December, 1915, has been appointed for the hearing of said petition; You are therefore hereby notified to appear before the said Court, on said day, to contest said petition if you think proper.
