According to his sister, Mrs. Douglas Smith of 320 South Leighton Avenue, the boy started from his home early yesterday, afternoon and was headed for this city, where he intended, to join the Navy. He was last seen at Morrison's Crossroads, when he was wearing corduroy jacket and blue trousers. The youth is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds, has black wavy hair, green eyes and limps slightly in walking, the police description stated. He was struck on the head in an accident six years ago, Fowler has had occasional mental lapses. his sister said.
