The meetings were the most largely attended of any in the history of the association, over 75 per cent of the entire membership being present. Officers were elected as follows: President, J. W. RADNEY, of Roanoke; vice-president, Cad JONES, of Ozark; secretary and treasurer, C. E. McCORD, of Prattville. The president will name the executive committee later. [Originally published in the]—Press Dispatch. This honor coming to one of Roanoke’s most prominent citizens will give pleasure to him many friends. [From The Roanoke Leader (Randolph County, Alabama), 2 June 1915, p.1] ---------- Given the opportunity to enjoy the Florida panhandle for three days, is it surprising that this was the most well attended association meeting ever? Why else would they meet out of state?
