Miss SCHUESSLER’s proficiency excited general admiration, and she was the recipient of a number of handsome floral offerings. The pleasure of the evening was enhanced by the singing of Mrs. Chester STEPHENSON, whose obliging disposition, as well as her sweet, artistic singing, has made her a prime favorite in Roanoke. Friday evening, the 14th, will occur the recital by Miss Erma MOOTY, which is awaited with pleasurable anticipation. She will be assisted by Miss Mary DOBBS, of Talladega, vocal soloist.
