Lipham ---- CARD OF THANKS While in sorrow we mourn for our dear mother and grandmother it seems it would not have been bearable had it not been for our friends and loved ones who came to us in this hour of sorrow and mingled with us their tears of love and sympathy during the illness and death of our mother and grandmother. JULIA ANGLIN It is with sad hearts that we write something in memory of our grandmother Mrs. Julia Anglin, who was born in Chambers county on Sept 2, 1842 and died Aug. 11, 1926. It was only a few weeks ago that the death angel left his kingdom and came wending his way to earth to find some one to fill a vacant place in Heaven. He visited our home and bore away the spirit of our dear grandmother to fill the vacant place and it left us very sad and lonely. Grandmother was very feeble for eight long years. The last two weeks she was confinued to her bed. She joined the church at Mt. Pisgah about 44 years ago and was a faithful member for all these years. She was laid to rest in the cemetery of her church, Rev. G.D. Hunt officiating. She leaves to mourn her death four children, forty-four grandchildren and forty great grandchildren, together with many relatives and friends. A precious one from us is gone, A voice we love is still, A place is vacant in our home, Which can never be filled. Her Grandchildren ----- MORE OLD MANUSCRIPTS BROUGHT TO THIS OFFICE Mr. S.D.
