From all Southern states the thinning ranks of grey are moving on to what will prove for many of them their last reunion. There is a picturesqueness and a pathos in such a gathering not to be found anywhere else. From Roanoke and surrounding country quite a number have gone to the Georgia city, where every preparation has been made to make the occasion a most successful one. Among the veterans gone whose names we have been able to learn are Gen. B. F. WEATHERS, Major J. W. STEWART, Captain G. O. HILL, Messrs. T. J. McCARLEY, J. H. HOOD, J. F. POGUE, R. H. ROBERTS, W. H. COOK, M. P. PITTMAN, N. W. HOWELL and S. F. ABERNATHY. The following have gone as delegates from the B. F. WEATHERS camp U. S. C. V. [United Sons of Confederate Veterans]: J. J. SLAPPEY, J. M. GAY, J. W. SLAY, M. W. CARLISLE, A. M. TAYLOR, John T. HEFLIN, O. L. MULLENDORE. Miss Mary Will WILF, one of Roanoke's prettiest young ladies, goes as sponsor for this camp. Among others who have gone we note: Mrs. M. W. CARLISLE, Mrs. MULLENDORE and son, Pierce, W. J. CLARK, A. A. COOK, T. A. WEATHERS, A. C. BAKER, T. H. THOMPSON, John DeLOACH and son, Theo, W. J.
