I live in the eastern part of Alabama, in Randolph County. The county site is Wedowee, a little town situated near the Tallapoosa River. The delightful breezes, and peaceful waters, tempt a great many people from the surrounding towns and large cites, to revel in their luxuries. School facilities in the country are good. The people seem anxious that their children should be educated, and I think in a few years with the present prospect, that old Randolph will stand as high as any of her neighbors. I would like to know what has become of Bill Arp; have been waiting anxiously to hear from him. Will some of the cousins please correspond with me?
