Harold Bonner officiating. Mr. Keeble died Friday, June 30, at his home. A Randolph County native, Mr. Keeble was born Aug. 13, 1921, son of Pierce Keeble, Sr., and Willie Hodges Keeble. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and had worked as a meat cutter. Survivors include his wife, Frances Smith Keeble of Roanoke; two daughters, Pat K. Carvalho of Marietta, Ga., and Carol McCormack of Lineville; a brother, Ernest T. Keeble of Lakeland, Fla.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Chattahoochee Hospice, 604 Cusseta Road, Valley, AL 36854. Mr. Manuel is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Greene Manuel of Newell; one daughter, Mrs. Jo Ann Smith of Ft. Worth, Tex.; one brother, E. L. “Jack” Manuel of Florence, Ala.; [and] one granddaughter, Jennifer LeAnn Farley of Ft. Worth, Tex. Mr. Manuel was a native of Appalachia, Va., born on Nov. 8, 1935 to Robert V. Manuel Sr. and Annie Mae Mann Manuel. He was a merchant and mover of mobile homes and was a member of First Apostolic Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Meridian, Miss. Dr. Sam Thrower, 69, of LaGrange, Ga., died Sunday afternoon at West Georgia Medical Center following several months of illness. Dr. Thrower was born Nov. 9, 1925, in Lanett, a son of the late S. E. and Mary Irene Hayes Thrower. He had made his home in LaGrange for the past 47 years. He was a member and elder of Loyd Presbyterian Church and was a graduate of Auburn University in veterinary medicine. Mrs. Williamson was born Dec. 26, 1901, in Randolph County, daughter of Smiley Barto Crews and Mattie Ellen Reaves Crews. She lived for more than 60 years in Talladega, where she was a member of Tall Creek Baptist Church and was retired from the Bemis textile plant. She had lived in Anniston since 1988. Survivors include three sisters, Lottie Mae Cofield of Newell, Naomi C. Bradley of Wedowee and Sarah Elizabeth Stewart of Talladega; one brother, Woodrow B. Crews of Wedowee; and several nieces and nephews. Services for Mrs. Williamson were Tuesday, July 2, at 2 p.m. from Usrey Chapel in Anniston. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Thursday, July 6, at First Baptist Church, Wedowee, with the Rev. John Duncan officiating. Burial will follow in the Wedowee Masonic Cemetery. Ms. Fincher is survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be deacons of First Baptist Church of Wedowee. Ms. Fincher was born in Randolph County on Sept. 24, 1903, to Thomas Gaines Fincher and Littie Tomlinson Fincher. She was a teacher in the Randolph County School System for 48 years before retirement. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Retired Teachers Association, Women’s Missionary Union and Wedowee Homemakers Club. Ms. Fincher will lie in state at Benefield Funeral Home, Wedowee, and the family will receive friends after 5 p.m., Wednesday, July 5, until one hour prior to funeral services. Ann McGuire, 63, of Albany, died Monday at HCA Palmyra Medical Centers. She was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church and had formerly worked as an auditor with both Delta Airlines and WSB TV in Atlanta. Survivors include her husband, Bob A. Susan Inez Kaylor Holliday, 89, of Carrollton, a former resident of Graham, Ala., died Tuesday, June 27, 1995 at Tanner Medical Center/ Carrollton following an extended illness. Mrs. Holliday was born in Carroll County, Ga., Sept. 12, 1905, daughter of the late Holly Herbert and Annie Elizabeth Lovvorn Holliday. A lifelong resident of this area, she was a member of Bethlehem Campground United Methodist Church in Graham and of the Eastern Star in Carrollton and was a retired insurance policy writer with West Georgia Insurance Co. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Holliday, Sep. 7, 1984, and by five sisters and two brothers. Survivors include nieces and nephews. She had been a dialysis patient since 1986, having retired from the Montgomery City Parks and Recreation Department in 1983. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 8, at Big Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. David Daniel and Tommy Joe Swearingen officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery, White Chapel of Montgomery directing. Survivors include her husband, Charles Rolan Coleman, and six children, Joanne Shum, Rhonda Thomason, Dorothy Smith, Sharon Connell, Charles Rolan Coleman Jr. and Tommie Lee David Coleman; 14 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Mamie Davis of Sylacauga and Mrs. Arnie Griner of Haines City, Fla. Mrs. Coleman became a member of Big Springs Baptist Church in Randolph County at the age of 17. She faithfully returned each fourth Sunday in May for the homecoming activities and also returned to the church each first Sunday in August for the annual Fincher reunion. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and had been an LPN employed with Randolph County Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Moseley. A lifelong resident of Randolph County, Mr. Park was born June 12, 1894, son of Alexander Campbell and Emma Pinkard Park. He was a Navy veteran of World War I and a member of Lebanon Christian Church. For many years he was a dairyman and truck farmer. She was a homemaker and a member of Almond Methodist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Miriam S. Morris of Birmingham and Annette Hagood Hubbard of Macon, Ga.; one son, James Stone of Pelham; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
