The Rev. George Lawhorne and Dr. E. A. Wood officiated; burial was in the church cemetery with Quattlebaum's Brown-Service Funeral Home of Roanoke in charge. Mr. Anderson, a lifelong resident of Randolph County, was a school bus driver, cattleman and poultryman. He Is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ermis Tomlinson Anderson five sons Marion of Rome Ga., Ted of Birmingham, Joe, Jerry and John of Atlanta, Ga.; six daughters, Mrs. Hazel Johnson of Macon Ga., Mrs. Brooksie Austin of Millbrook; Mrs. Sara Lee Strain and Mrs. Kathleen Messer of Woodland Rt. 2, Mrs. Betty Haynes Jacksonville. Fla., and Mrs. Annette Miller of Atlanta, Chero-one sister, Mrs. Carrie Lovvorn of Woodland, Rt. 2, 17 grandchildren and one great-grand-a child.
