Mr. Ayers had lived In the Morrison's Chapel Community all of his life and was a member of the Morrison's Chapel Methodist Church. He was a Mason and had farmed moat of his life. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the church at Morrison s Chapel, with the Rev. Hobart Murphy and the Rev. Pendleton Bean officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery, with Usrey in charge. The body will lie in state at the church from 1 until 2 o'clock. He is survived by his wife. Mrs. Millie Ayers. Heflin, Route 4. five daughters, Mrs. Donald Green, Abilene, Texas, Mrs. Solon Lee, Heflin, Route 1. Mrs. Cecil Lee. Heflin, Route 1, Mrs. W A. McCord of Millers Ferry, and Mrs. John Daniel of Newell, five sons, W. B. Ayers, Columbus, Ga, Sgt Boone Ayers of Camp Stoneman, Calif, W. L. John and Woodrow Ayers of Heflin. sister.
