Funeral services will be held today, 2 p.m. at the Corinth Methodist Church in Randolph County with the Rev. Hobert Murphree officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Asa Barker; five sons, Mancel and Gay of Oxford, Edwin, Calvin and Paskell of Anniston; one daughter, Mrs. Molene Austin of Jacksonville, four brothers Joe and Arch Currie of Oxford, Hardy and Sutton Currie of Anniston; four sisters, Mrs. Willie Mae Houston, Mrs. Ida Neal Houston and Miss Charon Currie, all of Oxford and Mrs. Preston Ingram of Delta; 14 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren. She was a life-long resident of Randolph County and a member of the Corinth Methodist Church.
