Mrs. Minnie M. Boggs, 67, of Woodland, died Wednesday at Wedowee Hospital. 
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Bear Creek Methodist Church with 
Bro. Hobart Murphree and the Rev. Ken Corson officiating. Burial will be in the 
adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in charge. Survivors include three 
brothers, Garfield McManus, Lewis McManus and Lowell McManus, all of Woodland; 
two sisters, Mrs. J. W. McCuller of Graham, and Mrs. Jimmy Bass of Woodland; four 
stepdaughters, Mrs. Nell Wilson of Montgomery, Mrs. Lolita Whaley of Wedowee, 
Mrs. Lillian Ledbetter and Mrs. Maudine Cummings, both of Opelika. Mrs. Boggs was 
a member of Bear Creek Methodist Church and chairman of United Methodist Women. 
She was a native and lifelong resident of Randolph County.
