Funeral services with be held today at 2 p.m. at Union Hill Methodist church with the Revs Ernest Lipham and James Duke officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery, Gray Brown-Service Mortuary in charge. he is survived by the widow, Amy Bogg, five daughters Mrs. Lorene Ledbetter of Anniston, Mrs. Eunice Cooley of Talladega, Mrs. Geneva Twilley of Lineville and Mrs. Nadine Rankin of Riverside Calif, Three sons Clarence of Anniston, Lemmon of Atlanta, and Gerald of Birmingham, Riverside, three sisters, Mrs. Emmie Holloway of Jay, Fla., Mrs. Vera Boggs and Mrs. Ellie Smith of Opelika: three brothers, Ellis Lipham of Oklahoma, Illus Lipham of Wedowee and Dee Lipham of Fyffe, and 16 grandchildren. Pallbearers were Howard Higgins, Lonnie and Roy Lindley, Marion Bailey, Chester and Lester Huckaby. Mr. Boggs was a member of Union Hill Congregational Methodist Church and had lived in Randolph County all his life. was a retired farmer.
