Services were scheduled for today at 3 p.m. at Union Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl Jiles, the Rev. W. C. Mobley and the Rev. Aubry Brown officiating. Burial was to be in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in charge. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Bolt; eight daughters, Mrs. Kathleen Gregg of Talladega, Mrs. Shirley Waldrep of Roanoke, Mrs. Sue Shaw, Mrs. Doris Caldwell, Mrs. Laneta Gray, Mrs. Frances Key and Mrs. Joyce Cofield, all of Wedowee, and Mrs. Carolyn Fordham of Heflin; four sons, Frank Bolt, William Bolt, and Gerald Bolt, all of Wedowee, and Charlie Bolt of Bowden, Ga.; four brothers, Lewis Bolt of Largo, Fla., Ollin Bolt of Wedowee, Ellis Bolt of Anniston, and Robert Bolt of Villa Rica, Ga.; two sisters, Mrs. Eunice Turley and Mrs. Lois Turley, both of Anniston; 22 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Pallbearers were to be Junior Brown, Vernon Brown, Dall Lipham, Bud Stewart, James Watts and Billy Mitchell. Mr. Bolt was a native and lifelong resident of Randolph County, a veteran of World War II and retired from Anniston Army Depot. He was a member of the Church of God.
