Anniston Star
Andrew W. Bolt, 93, of Wedowee, died Tuesday in an Anniston nursing home. 
Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at New Home United Methodist Church with the 
Rev. Hobart Murphree officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with 
Benefield Funeral Home in charge. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. John 
Dilworth of Corinth, Miss., Mrs. A. D. Williamson of La Fayette, Ga., and Mrs. 
C. B. Craven of Delta; five sons, E. D. Bolt and the Rev. T. C. Bolt, both of 
LaGrange, Ga., John W. Bolt and Ralphelt, both of Anniston, and Herschel Bolt of 
Langdale; 33 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren. Mr. Bolt was a native and 
lifelong resident of Randolph County, a member of Iduma Methodist Church and a 
retired farmer. The body will remain at the funeral home from 2 p.m. today until 
one hour prior to services. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 
today until time of services. The family requests memorial contributions be made 
to Iduma Methodist Church.
