Henderson Bradley, 55 died about noon, Sunday, April 13, at Foley. Alabama, 
where he and his wife were living temporarily. His passing brought sadness to 
the entire community, He was a member of Rocky Branch Baptist church a member of 
the Woodmen of the World and a Mason. Although in failing health for several 
years, he was always willing to help those who had sickness and sorrow and was a 
fine neighbor. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Hattie DeLoach Bradley, Wedowee, 
Alabama, Route 2; one daughter, Mrs. T. W. Chaffin, Wedowee, Alabama, Route 2: 
one son, Marion Bradley of Wedowee.. Alabama; and three grandchildren, Mrs. 
Billy Hinton, Miss Dortha Ann Chaffin and Jimmy Bradley Chaffin of Wedowee, 
Alabama, Route 2.  Funeral services were held at Rocky Branch Baptist Church 
Tuesday, April 15. at S o'clock with the Rev. W.W. Lankford and the Rev. Otis C. 
Fincher officiating, interment was in the church yard cemetery, Roanoke Funeral 
Home and the Masons in charge.
