Anniston Star
Mrs. Berna Bradley. 62, wife the late George Bradley of Wedowee, died yesterday 
afternoon at 3 o'clock at Wedowee Hospital after a lengthy illness. Funeral, 
services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at Rocky Branch Baptist 
Church, two miles east of Wedowee, with the Revs. Mr. Cross of Carrolton, Ga., 
and Mr. Dickie of Wedowee officiating. Burial will be in adjoining cemetery. 
Survivors include three daughters Mrs. Gilbert Washington, Wedowee, Mrs. Doc 
Washington, Carrolton and Mrs. Arbie Smith, Anniston; two sons Billy and Finley 
Bradley, both of Anniston; and several nephews. Nephews will serve as 
pallbearers.
