June 13 - Mr. J.F. Brown passed to his reward last Wednesday night at the home 
of his son, Mr. J.W. Brown, in beat four, where he had gone on a visit 
followed by a stroke of paralysis. The deceased was 77 years old. He joined 
the Baptist church at the age of fifteen years and lived a consecrated life 
and was loved by all who knew him. He was the father of 11 children, 10 
living. He had 82 grandchildren and 63 great-grand-children. He is survived by 
his aged companion. Interment was made at Big Springs Thursday afternoon. Rev. 
A.H. Prince conducted the funeral service in the presence of a large 
congregation.

Johnathan Brown's wife was Kizzie Maseriah Lewis Brown, daughter of Shadrick 
and Patsy Patton Lewis.

Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Omaha, Randolph county, Alabama.

Henry Tom Borwn who married Mary L. Waldrep and both are buried in the 
Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Lamar, Randolph county, Alabama.

Gena Gertrude Brown married Zachariah Henry Noles and both are buried in the 
Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Lamar, Randolph county, Alabama.

John Wesley Brown married Beddie Purdy Noles and both are buried in the Big 
Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Omaha, Randolph county, Alabama.

Samuel "Sam" Elic Brown married Lou "Lue" Anna Moore and both are buried in 
Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Lamar, Randolph county, Alabama.

Robert Jackson Brown married Sallie or Sara Bowen and both are buried in the 
Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Lamar, Randolph county, Alabama.

Hiram Andrew S. Brown married Vennie Lou Bowen and both are buried in the 
Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Lamar, Randolph county, Alabama.

James Brown

Benjamin Hillard "Hill" Brown married Savannah Elizabeth Brown and both are 
buried in the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Lamar, Randolph county, 
Alabama.

Lena Ellen Brown married Charlie W. Daniel and both are buried in the 
Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Lamar, Randolph county, Alabama.

Millard Coleman Brown married Mary Pearl Wilson and both are buried in the 
West Napolean Church of Christ, Napolean, Randolph county, Alabama.
