Millard C. Brown, 68, of Woodland, Rt 1, died in Heard County Hospital, Franklin 
Ga. Wednesday at 3 p.m. after a short illness. Funeral services will be held 
Friday at 3 p.m. at Mount Carmel Church of Christ with Ministers, Bill Spradlin 
and James Parker officiating. Burial will be in Napoleon Cemetery with 
Quattlebaum Brown Services Funeral Home of Roanoke in charge. Survivors include 
the widow; Mrs. Med Brown; three sons, Dolphus of Woodland, Grover of LaGrange, 
Ga., and C. W. of Birmingham; four daughters, Mrs. R. H. Morrow and Mrs. Belton 
Morrow, both of LaGrange, Mrs. R. L. Lineweaver of Winchester Va., and Mrs. 
Harlon Howell of Birmingham; 17 grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren; one 
brother Hill Brown of Graham, Rt. 1; and one sister, Mrs. Lena Daniels of 
Mableton, Ga. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Mr. Brown was a farmer. 
member of Mount Carmel Church of Christ and lifelong resident of Woodland Rt. 1.
